Our step workouts suit people of all fitness levels. Step classes begin with a warm-up and cardiovascular exercises targeting different muscle groups. The step class continues with firming stretches and a cool-down period of relaxed breathing to east your heart rate.
1. Refunds: Please note that all online bookings for gym appointments are non-refundable. Once a booking is made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. 2. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we allow once rescheduling per appointment. If you need to reschedule your gym appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make the necessary arrangements. Any rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be accomodated. 3. Rescheduling Limit: Kindly note that only one rescheduling is permitted per appointment. If you reschedule your appointment, the new date and time will be considered final, and no further changes can be made. 4. No Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancellation will be considered a "no-show". In case of a no-show, the appointment will be marked as completed, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
